Meet Michelle Davis, CEO & Founder
Michelle developed the first comprehensive community safety plans for Canada’s largest social housing provider, 2nd in North America, the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC).
Michelle brings extensive experience in training and developing executives, overseeing complex organizations, and leading large teams, having led/operated as a Community Safety Advisor, Led the community safety program for the redevelopment of Regent Park, Allenbury Gardens, Dan Leckie Way, Rivertowne, Firgrove, West Don Lands Redevelopment 6 of Canada’s first redevelopment projects.
Michelle developed the first comprehensive community safety plans for 3,385 units across six large-scale communities for the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) Canada’s largest social housing provider, 2nd in North America. Her experience includes supporting and leading both remote and in person teams that range from 10 to 60+ employees.
